The Most Essential Nutrients for a Strong Sex Drive

by Sheryl Walters, www.naturalnews.com

(NaturalNews) What happens if your car does not have any gas? It stops working right? It needs fuel to function. The same is true with our libido... we needs nutrients to enjoy vibrant health and an active sex life.

If we do not consume adequate amounts of nutrients, our bodies will not be able to function properly in general. Vitamins and minerals are essential to every organ and process in the body. They are the building blocks of life, without them our cells would not function properly, and thus our organs would suffer and eventually we would no longer be able to survive... not to mention our dead, soulless sex life.

The body simply cannot enjoy great sex and lust if it does not have the proper nutrients to make it function. Just like we can’t drive a car without fuel, we can’t erotically ride without the fuel for life and lust.

Ensuring that the body is replete with sex drive inducing nutrients, whether through supplements or food for libido, can ignite our inner passion.

grass fed beef and carlson's fish oil cover most of that list.

magnesium, however, is v important and easy to miss - one of my supplements. dr mike is big on it:

EC, speaking of grassfed, where's a good spot to get that around here or via UPS?

few options that i know of:

1) verrill farm in concord sells grass-fed, grain finished beef (steaks and ground) from "northeast family farms". essentially northeast family farms is a distributor for a collection of farms throughout new england. grain-finished isn't ideal as grass-fed and GRASS-finished, but it's organic and antibiotic/hormone free.

2) chestnut famrs in hardwick, ma. i just joined their CSA where once a month i pick up meat in arlington, MA.

3) use this search engine to find meat near you:

4) online: www.grasslandbeef.com - shipped frozen from the midwest. delicious, but not local....

Justin,

You can also pick up some local grass fed beef in Topsfield, Ma right off of the Main Street in a small specialty store. The in-laws live there so I will let you know the next time I am going up and I will get you some if you want.

couldn't make it to the class tonight so i did max rounds with push ups and squats instead of pull ups. did 11 rounds..and my arms are putty :)

i really need to get a pull up bar for my apartment..i'm sure many people have asked where to search but any suggestions??

i was telling someone the other day that missing classes is like opening a wound that scabs over when you start going again.
then i tore 4 callouses off tonight during the 6 rounds. i'm a dummy and should probably keep my mouth shut about wounds and scabs and such.

Cannot wait for the day when I can do max pulls, no flesh tears. 3 rounds + 5 pullups
Fun pose and windmills
tabata situps 9

EC, thanks again for the info on real food.

DNF pose running... lame, both literally and figuratively.

6 rounds but only three callouses torn. (Way to go Justin with four.)

Kudos to the noon class, with four out of six people bleeding by the end of class. (I guess the other two weren't trying very hard.)

I asked Jon what he recommended for a torn callous, and he said "superglue". I tried it, and now it looks like my palms have barnicles. Sweet.
