I love the Push Press (although I think I got my fill this morning). 3x3x185# (not really easy, but I think my max is going to increase).

For the WOD, I managed 173 - After the first five rounds, I was trying to keep hitting at least 10 presses per round.

149 as rx'd....so close to hitting 10 per round. Last time we did this workout, I couldn't move my arms the next morning.

Big effort this morning, nice job!

I couldn't make it to the class today, so I did the WOD on my own. (Why do metal plates feel heavier than rubber plates?... maybe it's just me.)

Push press 165x3, 165x3, 175x2

147 total (15,15,11,10,9,9,8,9,9,10,9,8,8,8,9)

did 215 with the 45# bar since thats all I could comfortably support with my wrist. It was still tough though. It was definately a fun one though. Big props to the whole 7am class. Good work today

75# 3x3
84 rep 55# mod
Sam & Justin did so unbelievable firing out the reps on my right & left. Felt like I was in reverse. Inspiring. Crossfit is always a great part of my day.

157 reps in the WOD Raf got me by 3. Next time....
Couple of owies in class I hope none were serious.
6PM class was packed, we should move down the street to the boarded up building where there's more room. We don't need AC, Heat, a roof.
