Free Introductory Class

Want to try out CrossFit but not ready for Phase I?  We offer a free introductory class every Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 10:00 a.m.  We'll discuss CrossFit, go over a few basic movements, and get in a great workout!  Everyone is welcome.

If you would like to join our Introductory Class on Wednesday or Saturday, please fill out the registration form to secure your spot.  We will contact you to confirm your attendance before the class.  Please note: if you do not register there may not be a class!
